Network to publish a report on access to its inland services
. Based on a survey carried out in the department's offices in October and November 2000, this report assesses various service access improvement options including the provision of direct telephone lines in waiting rooms, electronic service on the Internet and modifications to various characteristics of the department's personnalised service. The questionnaire and the analysis were inspired by the Common Measurements Tool.
